Neal C. "Cricket" Jackson Sr.

Neal C. “Cricket” Jackson Sr., 79, of Steubenville, Ohio died Thursday, March 8, 2018.  He was born in Richmond, Ohio on January 4, 1939 the son of the late Donald D. and Sarah Elizabeth Allen Jackson.  He was preceded also in death by a sister Audrey Dewess.  Neal retired from Cross Ridge Landfill as a security officer.  He is survived by his wife Mary Louise Bell Jackson, daughter Vicki Schmitt of Mingo Junction, son Neal C. “C.J.” Jackson Jr. of Steubenville, six grandchildren and soon to be great-grandson.  Friends may call at the Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Sunday noon till 2:30 p.m.  Services and burial will be private.
