Being a young coach ,she was one of the first parents I had to deal with ,and what a delight she was. She would contact me pretty regularly about your progress as a player ,and always as a person.As the years went by we always would chat when we met,and remember your playing days at Central. We would always brag to each other about how proud we were of you ,and all your accomplishments. She was such a hard worker,and you certainly took after her. Your mother was a good friend of our mom Vickie. I can remember taking Toni, Ann Morrow, my mom and "the gang" out for dinner, shows and various functions. Toni was always cheerful and full of laughs and had wonderful stories of the "old days" in Steubenville.
