Betty J. Sanders Obituary

Betty J. Sanders, 91 of Steubenville, Ohio died Sunday, February 4, 2018 at Cadiz Carriage Inn. She was born June 8, 1926 in Terra Alta, WV the daughter of the late Norris Porter & Lillie Gaye Rodeheaver Ringer. Betty was a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church. She was a buyer for the former Hub of Steubenville and retired from 16 Plus. Preceding Betty in death were her son-in-law Danny Barrett; granddaughter Ranee Barrett; two brothers Wade (late Sallie) Ringer & George (late Helen) Ringer. Betty loved working crossword and jigsaw puzzles.

Betty is survived by her daughter Linda Barrett; grandchildren Valerie Alberta, Kimberly Marchand & Brian Barrett; several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, Ohio on Friday from noon until the time of services at 1 p.m. with Rev. Ronald Pritts officiating. Burial at Union Cemetery.
