Frances L. Ott

Frances L. Ott, 93, of Bloomingdale, Ohio passed away Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at her home with her husband by her side.  She was born November 17, 1924 in Letart, WV a daughter of the late James L. and Gracie L. Wheatcraft Oliver.  Frances was a member of Amsterdam Community Church where she helped with Sunday school, vacation bible school, the visitation program and lifetime member of the missionary society.  Preceding Frances in death were her 1st husband Donald Sines, Sr.; three brothers Lawrence, Harold and James Oliver and two sisters Jennie Flowers and Edith Camden.  Surviving are her husband of 30 years James R. “Jim” Ott; three daughters Lynne (Win) Dozer of New Philadelphia, OH, Donna (Jim Houser) Volk of Galena, OH and Patricia (Rev. Ray) Martin of Richmond, OH; three sons Lawrence (Marie) Sines of Richmond, OH, Donald Sines, Jr. of Bloomingdale, OH and James Sines of Dover, OH; brother John Oliver of Williamstown, WV; thirteen grandchildren and many great grandchildren.  Friends may call at Dunlope – Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, Ohio on Thursday 5 – 8 p.m. where a service will be held Friday 11 a.m. with pastor Jeremy Kuttler officiating. Burial at East Springfield Cemetery.
