Dearest Saundra and Family - We were so sad to hear of Sonny's sudden passing. He was a good, kind and generous person, always fun to be with. Our thoughts are with all of you. This is, of course, one of those times that we wish we were not so far away.

I am so very sorry for your loss. Please find comfort in God's sure promise of a resurrection as set forth in the Bible. (Acts 24:15; John 5:28,29) Those who are raised to life will have the prospect of never again being subject to misery, sickness, or death. (Revelation 21:4) I hope that reflecting on these thoughts will give you some relief during this difficult time.

Just heard this afternoon about Sonny, still cannot believe it. I have cried all afternoon. If there is anything we can do please let us know. There are two things I know for certain, one is that Heaven is a better place since he got there and saw his warm smile. The other is I am a better person for having known him.
May God be with you and comfort you during this great time of loss.
