Judith E. Bowers, 75, of Bloomingdale, Ohio met her Lord and Savior on October 29, 2021 after a short but courageous battle with ALS. She passed at Valley Hospice in Steubenville, Ohio.
Judith was born on September 26, 1946 in Weirton, WV a daughter of the late Russell and Julia Kennedy James. She was employed for over 47 years as a Vet tech with Crestview Veterinary Clinic. Judith was also a proud member of the Beacon of Light Church in Amsterdam, Ohio.
Judith is survived by her husband Joseph Bowers; a daughter Michelle Briggs and son Rodney (Penny) Briggs; step-sons Joseph, Ronald and Patrick (Amy) Bowers; grandchildren Austin Briggs, Braden, Kara and Ali Bowers and step-grandchildren Markie and Brandy Hanselman; two sisters Dianne (Michael) Thurston and Susan (Noble) Roberts as well as a host of nieces and nephews she loved dearly. She is also survived by Gabrielle Peterson, who she loved as her own grandchild.
All services are private. Burial at East Springfield Cemetery.
