Phyllis K. Dreyer

Phyllis K. Dreyer, 68, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family.

She was born January 12, 1953 in Steubenville, Ohio, daughter of the late Audley E. Tolley and Mary I. Parrish.

Phyllis was a 1971 graduate of Jefferson Union High School in Richmond, Ohio. Phyllis worked as a case worker for Jefferson County Department of Job and Family Services, retiring in 2008 after 24 years of service to the community.

Being a grandmother (“Mimi”) was the absolute joy of her life. She will be missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Phyllis was preceded in death by her older brother, Ron Tolley.

Phyllis is survived by her husband William Dreyer of Steubenville, OH; brother Kenneth (Bernadette) Tolley of Wintersville, OH; son Kevin (Michelle) Kuntz of University Heights, OH; daughter Amy (Larry) Tracy of Akron, OH; step-daughter Mylee (Brian) Seau of Steubenville, OH; grandchildren Madison and Rylee Tracy, Everett Kuntz, Makayla Myers, Landyn and Vanessa Seau; and a number of loving nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

Services will be private at the request of the family.
