Richard D. Smith, 68, of Steubenville passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at the Carriage Inn, Steubenville.

He was born in Steubenville on January 28, 1955 the son of the late Everett and Vergie Davis Smith.

His sister Linda Robinson; longtime companion Nancy Wilson and bonus sister Michelle Harris; nephews Tony Robinson and Shiraz (Ashley) Robinson survive him.
