Robert C. “Bob” “Kell” Kelly, 75, of Steubenville, OH passed away on Sunday, October 16, 2022 at Trinity East Skilled Care. He was born in Follansbee, WV on June 22, 1947 a son of the late

Charles and Helen Kelly. He was retired from Weirton Steel in construction after 30 years of service. He served in the U.S.M.C. during the Vietnam War from 1967-1968 and was a member of

V.F.W. 2716 Weirton, WV. In addition to his parents Kell was preceded in death by his companion and his love Gretchen Constantini; brother Andy Palo and step-daughter Chandra Ross. He is

survived by daughter Shannon of Steubenville; step-daughters Emily (Jim) LaRue of North Olmsted, OH and Aimee Huffman of Steubenville; sister Mary Ann Veselier of Indiana and sister-in-law
