Sharon L. Vandeborne, 66, of Bloomingdale, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at her residence. She was born on September 10, 1956 in Steubenville a daughter of the late Frank & Mary Alice Parks Bocek. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church and Mingo Sportsman Club. Sharon was an avid crossword puzzler. Preceding Sharon in death were her parents; husband Richard “Dick” Vandeborne on August 16, 2003 and brother Frank R. Bocek.

Sharon is survived by two daughters Christine (Craig) Neely of Smithfield & Debbie (Jack) Geary of Follansbee; two grandchildren Searra Geary & Scott Neely; four siblings Carol Cline, Linda (Ed) Wright, Gary (Cathy) Bocek & Danny Bocek; many nieces, nephews & cousins.

Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Friday from 3 p.m. until the time of services at 5 p.m. with Rev. Joshua Erickson officiating.
