Shirley A. Stout, 91, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2020. She was born January 6, 1929 in Chester, WV the daughter of the late Walter & Sarah Louise Swaugor Shaw. She was a member of Wintersville U.M. Church; Friendship Club & Wintersville Woman’s Club.

Shirley was preceded in death by her husband Harold Stout.

Private services and burial were held at Fort Steuben Burial Estates. Rev. Clint Quillen officiated.
