Steven G. “Scoots” Mills, 69, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away on May 15, 2023. He was born in Steubenville to the late Warren & Patricia Sivard Mills. Preceded in death by brothers Michael & Chris.
Steve is survived by his children Steven G. Mills, Stephanie Mills Dellinger & Michelle Mills Moore; five grandchildren to whom he was known as “WHOWHO”, Micah Patrick Carter, Damion Blade Mills, Macie Olivia Moore, Caleb Joseph Moore & Chloe Jolynn Moore; siblings Susan Mills Fante & Scott Mills.
Private burial at Hopewell Cemetery.
