Our goal has always been to help families - of all faiths - through their most difficult times with compassion and dignity. Our new Shorac Family Center was created to advance that goal and provide a resource for our entire community.
A Source of Comfort for Your Family
Our Family Center provides families with a comfortable, convenient and functional space to gather with loved ones and friends after services.
The new facility, located across the street from our Wintersville chapel, offers cozy, calming ambience. A fireplace graces the comfortable surroundings that include easy chairs and couches. The serene atmosphere encourages conversation and reflection.
Food service is available through fine local caterers. Our staff assists the family in the buffet selection.
The Center is beautifully landscaped with flowers, a fountain and a fish pond. Guests can relax on the patio and enjoy fresh air and calming sounds of water.
A Community Resource
As a way of giving back to our community, groups are encouraged to use the facility during the evening hours for meetings or events. Qualifying non-profit community groups can reserve the facility for little or no charge.
